Do you feel like you can’t think?
Do you feel like you’re alone?
Do you feel like you will cry
because you can’t calm your mind?
People ask if you’re all right,
You say yes, though you are not.
Your mind says stay by yourself,
Part of you wants to get help.
You don’t know how, you act out
and that gets you in trouble.
There has to be a better way
to get help. Should I just ask?
What if they laugh at me?
What if they don’t know what to say?
Will I just feel sad? Or
will I be humiliated?
All I know is…
I can’t handle Stress on my own.
