For the heroes in our lives,
The friends in our lives as well.
We all want to say thank you,
I want to say thank you.

For families that we love,
We’re glad you are in our lives.
For my family; love you.
I’m glad you are in my life.

Most of us lost many people,
Friends and family all around.
It is hard; we feel very sad,
Let’s pause; A Moment of Silence.

A few steps forward, many more back,
Our country; in need of repair.
We have come a very long way,
Yet certain events say otherwise.
