Frozen fear shown in your eyes,
Ice-cold body; frozen stiff.
Fear of failure- next comes shame,
No one likes feeling this way. 

Maybe body starts to shake,
I know my stomach vibrates.
Does this mean I have Stage Fright?
Well, no. For me, I’m nervous. 

Tell me, who would not be nervous?
To get up and do something
in front of an audience.
I still get nervous to this day. 

Speaking, performing or acting
in front of an audience,
will make anyone feel nervous.
I still get nervous… 

Does this mean I have Stage Fright?
Or am I just nervous?
