Filled with child like wonder,
Gazing at the silver stars.
A summer night, a great sight,
The full moon- is oh so bright.
Running through soft grass barefoot,
The clock of life stops… I’m free.
My parents don’t control me
because they’re frozen in time.
I can scream very loud,
I can also dress down.
I can do whatever I want
because time and the world- frozen.
The stars start flashing silver,
My time is drawing to a close.
So I start Chasing Stars because…
I know I can follow my dreams.
