So I talk to my parents,
Family, friend or cousin.
I tell them what’s on my mind,
No laughter, I feel better.
They tell me they’re here for me,
All they want is to help me.
I can see relief in sight,
Soon my mind will be clear.
They say writing can help me,
if I write down how I feel.
They say I can color too,
Must be relaxing to do.
They say reading can help me,
or I can listen to music.
Take a nap, drink some water
or I can go work out.
There are many ways for
a person to deal with stress.
So my question is…
How do you Handle Stress?
