Don’t be afraid to speak up,
Let people know how you feel.
Say it aloud or write it, that’s
the power of Poetry.
The real person that I am,
It’s clear that I’m a poet.
It’s clear I love family.
It’s clear I write to be heard.
The Power of Being You,
Always starts and comes from you.
Sometimes life gets in the way,
Just say, “Why Should I Worry?”
Billy Joel sings in my head,
“Why Should I Worry?” is said.
Rag ‘N’ Bone Man sings as well,
“I’m only human after all”.
That song is called Human,
Now a favorite of mine, so
